   “Hi, Today we are going to explore 5,000 MT multi-commodity cold storage warehouse model with multiple temperature-controlled chambers, built, operated by a 24×7 temperature monitoring system. Cold storage is important in the supply chain because it reduces post-harvest losses, extends shelf life, maintains quality and food safety, stabilises prices and off-season supply, and connects to export markets. A 5,000 MT multi-commodity cold storage facility can be developed as an integrated agricultural supply-chain hub for receiving, pre-cooling, storing, handling, packing and dispatching temperature-sensitive products. Infrastructure includes multiple temperature-controlled chambers, PUF/PIR insulated panels, insulated doors, food-grade flooring, evaporators, refrigeration compressors, condensers, and temperature and humidity monitoring systems.
