As you
know India's economy is predominantly agrarian, with low levels of capital and
industrial productivity as well as a labor surplus society. In India after
independence, underemployment and unemployment have long been critical
problems. Although, India produces 50 lakh graduates each year, research and
surveys indicate that there is still a serious problem for their jobs.
A person
who looks for work but is not able to find it is said to be unemployed. When
someone wants to work but can't find employment, they become unemployed. This
is like two side of coin, one side of the issue is growing unemployment, while
the other dark side is having to be employability.
Unemployability
basically means that even if there are vacancies, the company isn't prepared to
hire because the candidates don't have the necessary skills to take advantage
of them and perform their job. Former President of India, Late A.P.J. Abdul
Kalam, expressed concern about the issue of unemployability. This was made
clear in his speech at Bangalore University's convocation, when he stated,
"The issue of 'unemployability' is a bigger crisis; unemployment is not a
major problem." This is true, these days; the percentage of Indian
graduates who are unemployed is rising. A majority of Indian graduates cannot
find employment in the modern knowledge-based economy.

teachers and students have lack flexibility in their learning. Only theoretical
subjects taught in Indian colleges that not creates enough growth and
development of students.
The
harsh truth about Indians is that a large number of them, continue to live in a
bubble of dreams. These youth thinking that enrolling in college will lead to
countless well-paying jobs. Be sure that currently, having only a degree does
not ensure that a person will be able to find employment because there are more
graduates than the jobs.
Besides
engineering was once thought of as a royal professional education, but today
only 3.84% of engineering graduates possess the technical, linguistic, and
cognitive skills. These are skills required for Software Company or get entry
into organization. The programming and algorithmic skills required to work in
IT companies are not sufficiently possessed by engineers.
In addition to technical abilities, soft skills like teamwork, communication,

hiring process. Today Graduates are unfamiliar with these cutting-edge tech

The
application of AI nowadays results in the redefining of job roles, which
affects the jobs of blue-collar workers and AI replace new jobs which job these
past blue collar workers cannot perform. Impact of AI is transformation of
nature of job in new version of job.
Employers
always like to hire self-motivated workers. If an employer wastes his time to
help an employee with their daily tasks, they cannot run their business
effectively. If Employers who have to continuously remind an employee to
complete their work on time, it is also not good for company. Employers always
prefer to hire an employee who takes the initiative to quickly pick up new
tasks and finish them without direct supervision.

to adapt Employability is being flexible in the face of shifting work
environments and prepares himself as a strong candidate for jobs. Possessing
adaptability skills entails being receptive to new information and eager to
take on challenges.

instance, careers in IT, software development, marketing, and finance all
require proficiency with computers. Additionally, having computer skills can

Generate Jobs with increasing manufacturing
industries for Employability
With
over millions of jobs worldwide, manufacturing sector will plays a important
role in both inclusive and sustainable industrial development. Nations must
shift sectors with lower to higher levels of technology, from those with lower
to higher value addition education, and from those with lower to higher levels
of productivity.
Finally,
for start-ups, enterprises, and institutions, create strategic alliances and a
productive partnership is key step in solving the unemployability issue. A
change in the educational program starting in preschool will contribute to the
child's brain transformation. Attaining a higher level of competency requires
training, and then positive outcomes from industry and academic collaboration
have been observed. In our opinion, the purpose of an educational institution
should be to support each student's holistic growth rather than just getting
them to memorize facts. The education system actively participates in preparing
each student for the workforce by providing them with the necessary skills. We
think that while academics are vital for the theoretical aspects of the job,
you also need to know the practical aspects of the job to impress employers.
